We recommend booking 2–5 days in advance for regular cleanings. For move-out/move-in or deep cleanings, try to book 1–2 weeks ahead as those slots fill faster.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Call us at (314) 375-4688 and we'll check availability.
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring service. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and consistent team assignments when possible.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Our quotes are all-inclusive for standard services. Add-ons like inside oven cleaning, inside refrigerator cleaning, or laundry may have a small additional fee. We'll always tell you upfront.

What to Expect
Our standard cleaning covers all main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface wiping, toilet/sink/shower scrubbing, and trash removal. See our full checklist on the Cleaning Services page.
A standard clean is maintenance cleaning for regularly cleaned homes. A deep clean goes further — baseboards, inside appliances, detailed scrubbing of grout and fixtures, ceiling fans, window sills, and more. We recommend a deep clean for first-time clients or homes that haven't been cleaned professionally in 6+ months.
No! Many of our clients are at work while we clean. You can leave us a key, provide a code, or use a lockbox. Your home and belongings are safe with us — all cleaners are background-checked and insured.
Yes, we bring everything we need. If you have a preferred product or a surface that requires special care, just let us know when booking.
